Quick & Easy
Utility work is rarely quick or easy. One flow that received particular focus was task creation, a crucial experience for managers and those working in the field. The result was an process that allowed detailed requests to be added to a queue while keeping workers engaged.
Design at Scale
At the onset of work, one demand rose above the others: a scalable design system for both web and mobile. While redesigning the web and mobile experiences, a system was crafted that supported both current product needs and future growth.
Administrative
An admin portal was designed to give administrators access to reports, assets, and city maps. These dashboards came together efficiently thanks to the underlying system, adding meaningful value to Ziptility’s core product.
